Amber’s Story

Amber is a 500 Hour RYT, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and trained stretch professional who is deeply passionate about improving functional health and enhancing the mind-body connection of others. Her journey into yoga and wellness began in her early 20s, following unmanaged chronic mental and physical health struggles that resulted in a complete loss of mobility and nearly cost her life. After experiencing a seizure that left her with no control over voluntary muscle movements, Amber embarked on a journey of relearning movement and adapting to a new way of life. Dissatisfied with the limitations of western healthcare, she recognized the necessity of an integrated healing approach that addresses both the physical and energetic aspects of the body. For Amber, yoga emerged as a transformative path that allowed for a holistic approach to healing encompassing the mind, body, and spirit.

Amber's personal journey serves as the foundation for her work with clients, inspiring her to provide empathetic support and meet individuals wherever they may be on their own wellness journey. Drawing from her own experiences, she understands the challenges and triumphs of overcoming obstacles and is dedicated to guiding others towards holistic well-being with compassion and understanding.
