Stretch Therapy

Practitioner assisted stretches to promote improved flexibility and mobility, reduce chronic stiffness, aches and pains.

Work with a professional to individually curate a relaxing session targeting the areas that need the most attention. After your deep relaxation, have the opportunity to receive individualized coaching on daily routines and exercises to target any muscle imbalances or areas of concern.

Rates:

Single Session 1 Hour Stretch ~ $110

Monthly Membership ~ $185 Includes (2) 1 hour stretch sessions. Any additional sessions for the month will be locked in to a rate of $80 per additional hour. Membership may be shared between household members.


Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki Healing is a holistic therapy that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation, balance energy, and support the body's natural healing processes. Originating from Japan, this practice channels universal life force energy to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Ideal for reducing stress, relieving pain, and fostering overall health, Reiki sessions are non-invasive and tailored to individual needs. 1 on 1 Coaching

Work one-on-one with Amber to develop a customized plan for holistic wellness using a mixed modalities approach. Together, we will create specific goals and actionable steps to achieve them. Coaching services may include mindfulness strategies, bodywork, energy work, guided breathwork, and a 90-day roadmap tailored to your personalized wellness journey. You'll have support every step of the way to ensure you stay on track and motivated.

I specialize in creating personalized wellness plans that incorporate yoga, assisted stretching, breath work, and energy healing to promote holistic well-being. Together, we can cultivate a balanced, flexible, and joyful life.

My journey into yoga and energy work began as part of my own healing process. After overcoming significant health struggles, I realized the importance of becoming my own healer. Through this transformative experience, I learned new ways to navigate life that supported my growth and well-being. I am honored to share all that I have learned along my journey and find true joy and pleasure in helping others improve their relationships with their mind and body.
